Workshops & Training Options
As a leader, you're expected to be the calm in chaos, guiding your team while juggling multiple roles. But who’s there to support you when the pressure builds? Leaders often neglect their own wellbeing while caring for others, which can lead to burnout.
This training helps you prioritize your own health and build sustainable practices to prevent burnout, so you can lead effectively and thrive in your role.
Outcomes:
- Reduced burnout
- Improved wellbeing
- Stronger resilience
- Healthier workforce culture
New and emerging leaders—and especially middle managers navigating pressures from above and below—often get stuck in unhelpful habits without realizing it. It becomes hard to see what’s working, what isn’t, and which skills or mindsets truly drive effective leadership.
This training solves that problem by helping leaders break out of ineffective patterns, gain perspective, and build the core capabilities that lead to confident, purposeful leadership.
Outcomes:
- Transitioning into your first leadership or new leadership role- the shifts in mindset, attitude & behaviour
- Non-negotiable skills & behaviours of effective leaders
- Developing flexible leadership styles for greater influence
- Lead with your strengths & with confidence
- Strategies for communication to reduce conflict, motivate your team/s, provide meaningful feedback, and facilitate effective performance discussions
Today’s workplaces demand high emotional intelligence, but without it, leaders and teams quickly become overwhelmed by interpersonal tensions, miscommunication, and emotional complexity. This leads to stalled collaboration, declining engagement, and ineffective performance—impacting not just the team, but the people you serve.
This training solves that problem by building the EQ skills needed to navigate emotions, strengthen relationships, and create a healthier, more productive culture.
Outcomes:
- Stronger relationships
- Better decision-making
- Improved emotional regulation
- Reduced conflict
- Increased wellbeing
Too many leaders find themselves overwhelmed—constantly providing answers, managing dependence, and trying to motivate disengaged employees with little lasting change. This training tackles those challenges by equipping you with practical coaching skills that reduce reliance on you, increase accountability, and build a more confident, capable, and motivated team.
Learn how to shift from directing to developing so your people take ownership, make faster decisions, and feel genuinely supported and empowered.
Outcomes:
- Better conversations
- More empowered staff
- Fewer bottlenecks
- Increased accountability
- More time for strategic leadership
Leaders often think they have a people problem — when they really have a communication problem. If you’ve ever repeated yourself endlessly or wondered why your message isn’t landing, this training is for you.
In this practical and energising session, you’ll learn how to simplify your message, align your words and non-verbals, and communicate with clarity and confidence. You’ll amplify your presence, increase your influence, and finally get people to hear what you intend — the first time.
Small shifts in how you communicate can transform engagement, ownership, and results. This training shows you exactly how.
Outcomes:
- Stronger influence
- Reduced conflict
- Clearer expectations
- Better performance conversations
Think of a conversation you know you need to have. Now be honest—how many times have you talked yourself out of it with a perfectly reasonable excuse? You’re not alone. Most people avoid tough conversations, even when they matter most. In the absence of having timely crucial conversations, misunderstanding fester & trust erodes, mistakes go unaddressed, leaders lose respect and high performing & high potential employees leave due to unresolved tensions
Every unresolved conversation has a measurable impact on productivity, culture, and results.
In this training you will build your confidence & capability to have the conversations that really matter
Outcomes:
- Increased confidence
- Reduced unproductive conflict
- Clearer conversations
- Reduced workcover risk
- Healthier team culture
DISC assessment profiles & training, help leaders and teams understand their natural styles, communicate more effectively, and work together with less friction. Leaders gain self-awareness, influence, and better decision-making, while teams enjoy stronger collaboration, higher engagement, and improved performance.
The result: a culture where people feel understood, valued, and motivated to achieve their best.
Outcomes:
- Improved communication
- Reduced destructive conflict
- Better collaboration
- Stronger team cohesion
Trauma informed care asks “What happened to you” instead of “what's wrong with you”? Whether trauma is caused by a single event, or repeated prolonged exposure to abuse, an individual's thoughts, feelings & behaviours are filtered through their experiences and perspectives. It is essential that care providers avoid unintentional re-traumatisation. This training will support you to further empower your service users, leading to better treatment experiences and outcomes
Outcomes
• Deeper awareness about trauma-related key concepts
• Deeper understanding of Polyvagal theory, exploring cues of danger & safety
• Understanding of trauma’s effects on thoughts, behaviour & experience
• Guiding principles to a Trauma-informed approach
• Guidance & practical strategies to prevent re-traumatisation
• Exploration of de-escalation preferences and the creation of safety
Have you noticed the following in your workplace?
High turnover and disengagement: People aren’t just leaving jobs - they’re leaving cultures that feel unsafe, unseen, and unsustainable.
- Emotionally unsafe environments: Teams operate in survival mode, creativity is stifled, and psychological safety is absent.
- Leaders themselves are burning out: The pressure to perform without space to feel leads to emotional exhaustion, disconnection, and leadership fatigue
- The old models & ways of leading are built on control, compliance, and authority- these ways of ‘managing’ simply weren’t designed to hold current levels of emotional complexity in the workplace. This complexity requires trauma-informed leadership. Trauma-informed leadership is not a soft skill. It’s a strategic imperative
Outcomes:
• Understand your own nervous system, and this integral component of you creating & leading psychological safety in the workplace
• Recognise dysregulation in teams, not as defiance or disengagement, but as nervous systems in distress
• Learn how to respond with empathy, and high EQ communication, to de-escalate tension and restore safety
• Design processes & systems that reduce overwhelm, promote resilience, and support team cohesion
